Has anyone had any experience of the above organisation when they have published an Opus project that has been built for gain, such as a game or in my case a Computer Based Training project.

As I feel sure Opus uses both jpeg and mp3 technology.

Opus does not encode MP3s - it will play them via Windows DirectMedia, but the audio compression uses the open source OGG library. It is therefore not affected by any licensing issues.

JPEG is not encumbered by any licensing issues (any US claims to the format expired last year under the 20 year limitation of US patents).
