"But you are right. We have not fulfilled the Evolution Subscription properly and I apologise. We are about to restart everyone's subscriptions so that they get the two years of upgrades from now on. And we'll be sending out the Preview release of Opus pro XE in the next two weeks with a letter explaining this and what else people can expect and when - if people remain dissatisifed once they get that I will be happy to arrange a refund as usual."

Paul, I have never received the letter you refer to in the above correspondence or the preview (or final) version of XE.

Could you please give me an update on the new Evolution program and when I will have XE?
