Could you perhaps upload a sample of what you have done so we can see if someone can help?

Hello,
I don't think you can achieve what you want to do using buttons, so you may want to consider changing your buttons to vectors. I have reposted your example with two 'buttons' built from vectors and text (grouped as frames). Example 1 will allow you to drag the button into the frame and will change attributes when the mouse exits the button. Example 2 will change attributes when you mouse down over it and will retain the changes inside the frame. Please note I have ammended the frame property so you can place the buttons side by side.
If you look at the actions for Frames 3 and 4 you will see how these were achieved.
Hope this helps...

Hello again,
If you want to change the status just while the object is being dragged, then you need to add extra actions to reverse the change that clicking on the object creates.
I have ammended my two examples to accomplish this. It depends on using the action 'mouse move' and then reversing the changes.
I have also included an example where the button changes shape just to show the possibilities with this.
Again, study the construct and actions on frames 4 and 7 to see how these are achieved.

Regards...
