"Steve H" is Steve Henson from down under in Australia. He's been a major contributor to the old Illuminatus Forum, and this newer DW Message board. If you do a Search on Author "Steve H" you'll get a huge list of "hits" where Steve has added his vast knowledge to help anyone with an Illuminatus/OPUS question.

Ray Walsh mentioned to me that Steve's been having some major health problems which have prevented him from using his hands to type, so we haven't "heard" from Steve in awhile. I'm hoping he is able to browse this board, because I wanted to thank him for all his help in creating tutorials, and beta testing OPUS versions.

Look in the HELP section of OPUS and click "About OPUS Professional." Watch the credits roll-up and you'll see Steve's name. We wouldn't be where we are today with OPUS without Steve's help.

THANK YOU STEVE!!!!!!!!!

If Steve has helped you, now would be a GREAT time to add a comment to this post. TIA

Been an on/off user of opus since version 4, and as you mentioned, Steve H has always been around to assist. We wish him well.

Steve has very minimal use of his arms so he is very restricted in using his keyboard.

I've emailed him to mention this thread.

Maybe he will be able to access the forum, and hopefully he'll benefit from our support.

Steve,
very sorry to hear of your health problems. I remember your and John's Illuminatus tutorials (way back) which were a great help for a newbe like me.

Wishing you all the best,
Leo

Yes - the forum has not quite been the same without Steve H making comments, issuing instructions and generally assisting people in humble and sometimes humous fashion

Long time forum users especially would know that Steve has helped so many people with their Illuminatus / Opus problems and issues.

Not many people would know this, but Steve is an excellent and gifted photographer as well as an Opus guru. This medical problem has also affected his love of photography and nature and impacted totally on his life, his family and probably his two cats, Fifi and Mindi. (Coco sends his greetings!)

Sincerely Steve, you are in our thoughts and prayers and while I'm not exactly sure what is medically wrong, you know that we all wish you a speedy recovery.

Graham

I too have used Opus / Illuminatus on and off over a number of years and recall Steve assisting me on a number of occasions in sorting out various issues.

Steve my thoughts are with you and we hope to see you back here - all the best.

Don

Add me to the list of well-wishers. Steve, you're a star and I hope that you are soon fully recovered and back on the board. Thank you for all your help over the years.

My very best wishes for a speedy recovery,
