No. You need to call and external function. Either via a DLL or an EXE.

For example, you could create a batch file that deletes all tmp file from windows and the call the batch file. The are other (better?) utils out there that could be run from Opus such as sdelete from sysinternals...

Hi Mikolson05,

What you are trying to do is potentially dangerous.

I suggest that you look at this link:
viewtopic.php?t=1362&highlight=delete

Then you can look at this link:
viewtopic.php?t=1334&highlight=delete

If these still do not help then reluctantly look at:
viewtopic.php?t=2845&highlight=

Remember that this is potentially dangerous!

OOP's I am trying to talk again.... I embarrassed myself the last time I tried to do this, by trying to give (unwarrented) advice to an experienced opus user. Remember that I am also a newbie, but I had a similar frustration not too long ago.

The search function in this forum is invaluable, It answers a lot of my questions before I have to post. Even if these posts do not answer my question exactly, they normally provide me with ideas on how to proceed.

If you search "delete" then all the links (and more) that I have suggested here, would have shown.

Regards

Neil
