I am suprised that this was not taken into account during the design phase of your project. In general, if I need to produce a pub executable that has to run on both Macs and Windows I would not use Opus as an authoring tool.
There are no cheap options to run an Opus executable file designed for Windows on a Mac. We run a landscape design course, and some of the tuition is built with Opus. Some Mac users run Windows in order to take our course. We recommend they use XP over OSX using interface software called "Parallels". Some use Bootcamp. However, this is not a cheap option for a casual user. Unless your pub is unique or has a high price tag no one will use this option.
