is there anyway to block a video capture program when my opus pub is running, so my pub cannot be captured?

The best thing to do is have your publication event driven, i.e. not a play-through presentation/video. Have interactivity with twists and turns that will mean for the capture to be valid, all the "paths" of the publication will need to be captured...

Short of that you can "listen" to the programs running and have a page that pops up, which ends up being the one to record... This is doable but you will need to know all the capture software available in the market.
