I am doing with opus a training program about the airbus A320,
when the pub will be finished I intend to sell it,
but inside the pub I want to insert as a reference pdf pages from the Airbus training manual, is it legal to do it?
or should I write manually the Airbus procedure in normal text?
or should I write refere to page .... from the Airbus manual?

I would guess the manual is copyright, so it would be illegal for you to reproduce it in any form without the copyright owners permission. That would include re-typing the instructions verbatim.

If you intend selling the training application, you would be advised to seek permission...... (as I always do before copying a music CD )

If you look at the Airbus web site--it has a copyright notice, so I think it's likely all the manuals will be copyright as well.
