The programme has suddenly stopped working.

It begins to load and then the following message appears:
'Out of memory'.

The files will then not load.

I should be glad of any help.

Patrick

Hi Patrick,

There are several things you need to do:

1. Click on the profile link at the top of this screen and add some information about your system: amout of memory / processor / OS / Opus version etc

2. Download Process Explorer from http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysi ... 96653.aspx.

To see the total amount of memory consumed click on any graph or to find the see the memory each process is using click VIEW / SELECT COLUMNS / PROCESS MEMORY and tick private bytes. This will let you see whether any of your process are eating your system memory.

3. Remove Opus settings form the registry. Type regedit into the run box. Open CURRENT_USER branch, then SOFTWARE then delete the DIGITAL WORKSHOP branch. This will clear all the current settings for your DW programs (ALL SETTINGS WILL BE LOST).

4. Take a screen shot of the message and post here as this may help others to help you.

Hope one of these helps,

Mack
