If you are asking how you can open an OPUS EXE file to make changes -- you can't. I've been told not even the developers of OPUS could accomplish that feat. Once an OPUS application has been Published, it can not be openned.
Try to locate the ILM which was used to create the EXE file. Using OPUS, you could then make changes and re-Publish the EXE application after making your changes.
