There appears to be a graphical refresh problem in the main
publication panel when in object tabbed view

The icons for chapter and pages sometimes disappear and only return when you click on them or expand them (using the little +)

Problem manifests on different machines with different graphics cards

Any ideas?

I can't say I have been privileged to have that problem.
