Opusscript has fallen a little behind other ECMA language implementations for the last 3 or 4 years.
It would be nice to see Opusscript updated to something equivalent to Javascript 1.5.
XML functions, Regular Expressions, Switch-Case, anonymous functions ........ etc.

I know you can achieve a lot without these by writing your own functions, but a few extras would be appreciated.

Just like to highlight this request of an update to the scripting language to the latest javascript version. Mainly update the available String functions to the latest available in javascript.

http://www.w3schools.com/jsref/jsref_obj_string.asp

Thanks

Want to voice my interest in Opus Script getting an update. Really think it has fallen behind now when compared to the recent Javascript versions.

Especially in relation to String manipulation, matching, trimming, etc.

XML support is one area I would really like to see implemented too.

Think I sense a pattern here - and no regular expression need ;-)
