I have an Opus Pro 4.30 publication distributed on CD that loads full screen. DirectX is set to off (except Direct sound). It works fine for most people, but two people who use wireless mice have complained that they lose control of the cursor and cannot navigate through the publication as a consequence. I am scratching my head wondering what to suggest they can do. Has anyone else come across something similar?

(I've checked that their mice work fine for other applications, that their hard disks are not excessively fragmented, asked them to copy the CD contents to the hard disk to avoid CD drive related issues...)

Any guidance gratefully received.

Hi Andrew
Yes, some of my clients have reported this problem when using Logitech wireless (only some models) and I have advised them to go to the Logitech website and download the latest update and after they have done the problem was solved.
I hope this helps
German

Thanks for the tip, German. I will certainly suggest that they update their mouse drivers. It seems such a weird problem and something I haven't come across before in relation to an Opus publication.

Regards,
Andrew
