 Post subject: Application made with Opus running on a Pocket PC

Opus: Opus Pro 9.75
OS: Windows 10
System: `HP
I am not familiar with pockt PC's but somebody asked me to make an application for a pocket PC. Just text, adding and substacting, no difficult video or audio things.
The pocket PC is an HP Ipac RX 1950
Does one of you have any experience with it?
