I wish one command that frezzes everything in one push button, on the keyboard, video , sound , vector which moves , like in videogames....,

I've done this in the past. You can easily program this with the actions or script. You just need to go through them one at a time. This way, when paused you can keep an animation playing (for example 'now paused') - if everything was paused, then this may not be possible.
