Is it possible to auto-run a publication stored on the hard drive from the windows start-up? If so how do you go about adding this to the computers start-up?

Hi Keith,
Assuming you are using windows xp all you have to do is the following:

1-Click on start
2-Select all programs
3-Look for the startup folder and "right click" with the mouse
4-Select Open to "open" the startup folder
5-Move a shortcut of your pub into this folder
6-Next time you startup your pc your pub will also startup

Is this what you wanted?

If your file is a executable on a cd that explodes to install your pub in your customer's computer, then all you have to do is at the time of packing your publication tell Opus to install it inside the Startup folder but is this what you really want for your customers? Some may get totally mad at this...

Cheers
German

Thanks German,

That is perfect.

The publication is not for general release as it is only used on one machine that is dedicated to run the publication and nothing else.

Keith
