Opus: opus 7.01
OS: vista 64 sp1
System: quad core 6gig ram
I created a test file and published it (a flex file).

The only thing that shows at the beginning is a background image. All other things on the page are initially hidden. Everything is timed to everything else as the elements begin to reveal themselves.

It works perfectly in Opus, but when I view it in a browser every element is revealed at first as the page loads, then everything disappears (except the background image) and then reveals itself in the browser window as it was designed to do, except most of the timings are slightly off.

It's truly unusable as it is. Any suggestions? Sure hope this isn't typical.

Read the help! It clearly explains that you must publish and test Flex publications and not use preview which is for Plexus / executables.

Flex, IMHO, is quirky, but this does work. See example attached. This was created very simply by using initially hidden option and on show triggers.

P.S Seems I've lost the ability to upload files (god like powers fading :-(). Thank heavens for the sandbox.
