Opus XE 04

When creating a publication with the window properties of a page on 800x600 (display in a new window) the arrow cursor seem to disappear on the borders , it looks like the page is capturing the cursor. I tried the same thing with Opus XE and everything looks fine. Someone noticed this?

Cheers

Hi,

Thank you for your enquiry.

The new 04 range use their own software-based cursors (rather than the Windows default cursor) to address a number of issues users reported with non-standard cursor setups in 2.81 publications. When you move the cursor from the Windows Desktop into a Opus publication window, you may therefore notice that the Windows cursor briefly disappears before Opus' software cursor is displayed.

This should not adversely affect the behaviour of your publications. If this is causing a problem, please feel free to send me your publication .imp file and I will be happy to investigate further.

Kind regards,
