Hi. I downloaded eval copy of Opus Pro4, then bought online. Now I need to move this app to a new computer. How can I do this? Can I purchase the program on disc for a fee that covers your shipping and handling? Thanks.

Hi,

Thank you for your enquiry.

If you still have the opus_pro_04.exe setup file you downloaded when you purchased the full version (not the evaluation setup file), simply burn this file to a CD-R. Should you need to reinstall the application in future, pop this backup CD into your CD drive, browse to its contents and double-click on the setup file to reinstall Opus.

If you have not saved the opus_pro_04.exe to disc, try redownloading this file from the link in the Order Confirmation e-mail, ensuring that you select Save when prompted to Open or Save the file. Once the download is complete, burn the downloaded file to CD. You can then delete the opus_pro_04.exe file from your computer.

We can 'upgrade' your ESD version of Opus Pro 04 to the full boxed version with CD and manuals for a small fee plus postage. Please contact our Sales team at sales@digitalworkshop.com or telephone 0870 120 2186 for further assistance.

Kind regards,

I purchased the program via online resgistration from within the eval copy. So, my order confirmation did not have a download link. All I had was a link to the Digital Workshops home page.

It seems that the application was automatically upgraded from eval to registered status (It doesn't keep warning me it's an eval copy). I hope that's entirely true, since I've released two programs on disc already.

Is there still a download route I can take to get the non-eval installer? Thanks very much.
