Hello all,

Is it in any way possible to run 'Windows Explorer' on a page within in an Opus 7 publication?

Jan, if I take your question literally, then I think the answer is 'No'. AFAIK you cannot run Windows Explorer (with full UI and all features) inside Opus Pub.

Now it depends what you are trying to accomplish. OpusPro does provide some standard actions for allowing Users to choose a file or browse a directory. But I think that does not satisfy your question, correct?

Jan, I don't think you can, however you can use a button with an action that can open a copy of Windows Explorer.

Hi Lar_123 and Leo,

I just wanted to know if it was possible to open a program like Windows Explorer within Opus, just like using the DocView object... I know that's something different, but was just curious to know if it could be done :wink:
Reading your answers though, I understand that it can not! Thanks for the reply...
