Hi,

I'm having problems getting hyperlinks to work in a file published as a flash file. Having searched the forum I'm a little confused as to whether hyperlinks work or not when published using flex.

I've tried playing with the flash player settings - but to no avail. Can anyone clarify whether hyperlinks work or not?

Thanks,

Adrian

Yes, they do work:

Many thanks!

Seemed to work as soon as I posted to the web, rather than on a local machine!

Answered that issue about 10 days ago :-)

See Isma's query.

Hi Mack,

I had seen that thread - and indeed adjusted the flash security settings as suggested.

I've started a new job, and am not yet familiar with the network I'm using at work. I've now tried it at home and it works offline, so I can only assume that there must be a global security policy on the network stopping it from running (though my network knowledge may well mean I'm completely wrong!)

Many thanks for your help once again!

Adrian

There are additional settings for running files from a network. IE should work if you followed the other instructions. If you're using Fox, then change

security.fileuri.strict_origin_policy

to false.
