Hi everybody,

I saw that one of the new features of Opus XE is SCORM compliance. Is this possible with flash export too?

Hi,

Thank you for your enquiry.

Yes - when you create a new publication in Opus Pro XE 04, you are offered a list of publication types. Alongside the Opus SCORM publication type is a dedicated Opus SCORM Flex type which can be used to produce SCORM-compliant Flash projects.

Kind regards,

Hi Robin,

that's great! I like to try this with an evaluation version of XE but cannot find a download link. I would appreciate if you can tell me where to download an evalation release of XE.

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Thank you for your reply.

I'm afraid that we do not currently offer an evaluation version of Opus Pro XE 04. However, Opus Pro XE 04 is covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee. If you were to upgrade from Opus Pro 04 (for £99.95 inc. VAT), and find that the new features are not suitable for your requirements, you could return the software to us within this period for a full refund.

Kind regards,

Having been an old Illuminatus, OPUS, OPUS Pro and OPUS XE user, I can also "guarantee" you will LOVE the new features of OPUS Pro and (even more) XE.

Unless you are just a hobbyist, the new features like Curl Page Transitions will make you, and more importantly your clients, totally impressed with your new capabilities. The Quick MOV viewer in XE is worth the upgrade/purchase price by itself. Each new feature DW added has made this the "must have" development tool for professional, multimedia creators. Don't waste another minute with the "old" tools. Upgrade today! Once you do, you will kick yourself that you waited so long to make the switch. This is truly a "no brainer" decision. You'll love it.
