 Can't win

The real time scanning functions in some updates of McAfee (or combinations of Windows and McAfee updates) were so slow in checking Opus DLLs it made Opus appear to hang. So we tried to be a bit proactive so support could concentrate on things which were actually in our power. Not ideal but seems to be a bit better recently so we'll probably take it out again.
