How do I programme these in as a specific key keypress?

Each time I press them, the publication plays!!

Hi Linda,

Here's a workaround you can try.
Set-up your Key-release or -press Trigger. Check the box to enable Keystroke Modifiers, and check one or more and proceed to press F5 with the Shift-Alt or whatever modifier you chose.

Yes the Pub with go into Preview, but when you return to the Editor you can simply disable the use of the Modifer keys -- and everything will come out allright. You will have use of F5 when the Pub is viewed.

Ah, that's a good idea!!

(Alternatively you can, as I did, send the pub to a very helpful forum member who fixed it for me with some script!!)
