online image in my pub

I was looking for a way to open an image that's on the internet in a pub.
I searched but my Englisch is not that good that i maybe use the wrong terms.

When i want's to open a picture from the internet it opens in a separate browser or a browser object.
What i need is an image object with a variable where the image is displayed.
