I havent done any publications containing questions for a while but am experiencing an oddity.
When I preview or publish a question page and select an answer, everything works fine but then when I proceed to the next question, the button state on the next question shows as if it has been pressed (effectively highlighting the correct answer)??
But if I preview from that page it displays fine, but progressing to the next page, then the button state for the correct answer on the next question is highlighted.

Does anyone have a suggestion?

Regards

Pete

Pete,
Is that next question represented by separate button object?

If so, something simple to check and eliminate as a cause, is the starting property state of that button.
If you have set or changed the MouseDown state (in property dialogue), and then clicked OKAY -- then mousedown is the default state for that button object on that page. So simply make sure on a button's properties that NORMAL is the last state selected before you leave the dialogue.

Been there, done that... many times.

Hi Lar,

Thanks for your suggestion, but I had already checked that.
I have simply duplicated a multiple choice question "that works" when previewed on it's own, it is when i go to the next question that the issue arises. I am wondering if this is an Opus v9 issue, as the same pages worked fine in an older version.
I am going to do some more tests today.

Regards Pete

Just checked the same pages in Opus 8.5 and there is no problem,
So must be a bug in v9 - I will notify DW

Regards

Pete
