Hi there

So this is what I am trying to do.

I want to use multiple audio channels so that i can play several sound effects at the same time and control each one's volume separately, using the provided Volume Slider from OP 8.

Say for example:

1 Button plays SFX Birds. Has volume control slider
2 Button plays SFX Crickets. Has volume control slider

I want to be able to lower or raise each one's volume separately and I assume that can only be done by using different channels.

Thanks! :)

Is there a question in there?

If you're asking can you do this, then yes, the sounds can be played on separate channels and the volume action can be used to control the level for each channel.

Yes, I'm sorry if I wasn't clear.
My question is: How do you separate the channels and control the volume for each channel?

Thanks

When you use the Play Sound action, there is an option on that dialogue window called Channel. It allows you to set that sound to play on channels 1-8. Likewise, on the Change Volume action, there is a Channel option that allows you to change the volume for a give channel.
