Hi
Sorry. This should be easy but I can't get it to do what I want.
I want a bar which last for 3 minutes and reduces over time.
Using Opus commands I can only get it to close horizontally
to the middle instead of across the surrounding box to either end.
I want several things to happen at once so it will have to be
called in a script.
Can anyone help please?? :)
Kind regards

This may be a possible solution...
set the bar (A frame filled with a solid colour)to follow an animation path in the required direction, but as it moves it disappears behind a stationary frame the same colour as the background.

Just put frame B inside frame A and then animate frame B. It'll vanish as it crosses the boundary of the parent.

And for those that don't know, if you want the bar to move into the frame use the control key and drag the inner frame outside the boundary of the parent to set the initial position.

Mack's works better. As usual.
Same concept as mine but doesn't need to be hidden behind a frame.

Yup! Got it!
Now I've got sixteen buttons on the screen.
When I want each one to change colour when I
"click" (it's a touch screen).
Can't do it!!!

On the object (myButton1) I use "Left Mouse Click" then script with this:
//Change button colour
myButton1.SetBtnColour("red")
PlaySystemSound("Default")
I get the system sound but the button
appears to be using a DW built in code
and just changes its default colour to another
grey. :(

What am I missing please? :?
Regards

If it's Flex / HTML5 - then that function doesn't work.

If it's an Opus Pro publication, then is it a click on / off button - because you're only setting the up state.

Thanks for the reply.
I've sussed it.
I needed to remove the default colour. :)
Cheers
