Another problem, solved with a workaround but I don't know why it is a problem or why the workaround works.

Buttons either wouldn't show a graphic or it would not resize. I wound up making it wider than fits, turning on "center" and turning off "rescale to fit." If rescale to fit is on they do not show at all. If they are the exact size of the button they didn't fill the width.

This would appear to be rectangular/square pixel issue...and my solution works but it is NOT elegant and it requires way too much experimenting.

"Back" suddenly seems to be working.

Some of these issues would be showstoppers for new users and there is no documentation on them yet.

1. Grayscale gifs used identically from the same source file may appear on one page but not another. The "transparent" area appears as pure blue.
2. Scrollbars do not work, though they do work in html5 as I found by looking at the code and example at: http://jsfiddle.net/pqgaS/5/.
3. The presumed workaround of creating a long enough page and letting the browser handle it is not intuitive and without guidance the average user isn't going to figure out that you can turn off vertical resizing while leaving horizontal resizing on and get this to work. Took me a while...too long, and not as much fun as creating. Further, you have to put these in a chapter to themselves if you want most of your pages to be screen size. Scrollbars are a MUCH nicer option.
4. Some jpgs and some png don't show. Resaving doesn't help. Resaving to the opposite file type usually does...but there seems to be no pattern to it and it's frustrating.
5. The built in crop function causes multiple problems. Sometimes it shows, sometimes it doesn't. The file rename often contains bits of the names of other files as if Opus were taking the name of the image frame...often duplicated...and using it. Convenient if it would work, but a royal pain if you don't know that it doesn't, or worse, may or may not.
6. "Previous" function doesn't work.

I am doing lot of work in this area at the moment and will add to these laments as I find them.

Dave
