My pub is going to be set to go to start page after 1 minute of no user input.
Guessing that if users are watching a longish video the timeout might kick in while they are watching?
Should I make the 'play video' button launch a new pub, without time out set, and then return to the main pub on exit?

Just double checking here-
am I right that even if a video is playing the pub is considered 'inactive' from a reset point of view?
There's no hidden task I can set with a timer which will make the pub remain active until that page is closed?

My guess would be that reset polls the mouse and keyboard hardware so anything 'done' in the program would probably have no effect.

Cannot be difficult to build a custom reset.
Code:
Place a ticker on a master page that counts to X value.
Add some actions that checks ticker value and goes to reset page if reached (and resets ticker value)

Place mouse move (maybe also an any key pressed) trigger on the master page.
Add an action that resets the ticker if triggered.

Just use the master page on pages that require resetting and not on the video page.

Hey Presto - custom reset :-)

Mack has a great idea with a Master Page counter. :D

Why not always use the same Master Page, but when you go to a Page with video, then change the "X" Ticker Counter to a higher number than the length of the video, then when video is over, or when viewer goes to another non-video Page, change the X variable back to "normal" count down?
