I must make a time keeping program that is accurate to the hundredth of a second.
Can i make that with the standard features or do i have to use a script to make it?

If you need accuracy, you'll probably need to use JS (setInterval) and the HTML object.

If by standalone you mean without Opus, then I can only speculate - that yes probably - on the grounds that I think Opus HTML publications are constantly running JS in the background and therefore adding to the queue.

But I'm not sure that it would make a huge difference. It would also depend how long you're running the clock for it to become noticeable.

Probably best to build an instance of each and see what loss occurs over your given time period.
