Am I able to edit a pub in portrait format 1080x1920 so it will ply in a PC rotated to portrait format?
I could just try but it may be quicker to ask... :)

If I understand correctly, then yes because when I rotate my monitor, my graphics resolution switches to match the portrait mode, so Opus Pro (and my desktop) are operating on a screen 1080 wide by 1920 high and if my page is that size, then it's just behaving as it would for any other resolution where the page size matches the monitor resolution.
