Hi All,

I've just noticed something strange when I preview the Scorm Module on (Mac) using Chrome.
I'm unable to upload screenshots, error message appears (Sorry, the board attachment quota has been reached)

It seems that the images have a "blurred" rectangle box in front of it, but this doesn't appear on Windows only for Mac. I've tested this on multiple different devices and all the Macs have this issue except Windows. But the thing is this hasn't happened before, this is the first time its happened.

I hope someone can help me here, your feedback would be much appreciated.

Thanks,
eBigPicture.

No idea - never heard of anything like it.

But, if it's a HTML5 project and you know how to use Chrome's inspection tools, try drilling down into the code and see if you can identify the blurred element as that will probably help solve the problem.

Hi Mack,

Thanks for your reply.

I'm still having issues with this and I cant find a solution for it. Our developers have looked into this and cannot find the cause of the problem. It seems to work on Windows Occasionally (Chrome, Internet & FireFox) but not all the time. For Example we use our Adobe Captiviate Prime LMS to test our modules to see if they are working correctly.

When testing them on different machines on Windows (Chrome) the module doesnt appear. Its just a Black screen with a continuous loading cycle. But if I test this on a Mac (Safari) it would work but then the blurred rectangles appear for unknown reasons. If we would try another LMS (Cloud Scorm) the opposite would happen, it would work on Windows but not on Mac.

This is very strange, I've contacts support for Opus and they couldn't assist us with a possibly solution to the issue. So I'm wondering if someone here could shed some light our on issue.

Please see links for screenshots as I cannot upload images via (Upload Attachment due to "Sorry, the board attachment quota has been reached.")

As I said, not seen this issue with any of our HTML5 or SCORM.

However, it does appear that something is affecting a specific element, so as well as using browser debug tools, I'd be inclined to look at whether it relates to a CSS issue as some browsers like to alter the CSS for particular events and also look at extensions as these can interfere with elements.

If your developers cannot find it, they should provide a list of steps that they have eliminated that will help others narrow it down.
