I'm sure I've reported this before, but, using the graphic bullets, if I transfer a project from one pc to another, the bullets all disappear.

I'm using the lastest XE Pro 4, and all the programme files are in the default directory on each pc.

The bullets have to be turned off and on again to be seen.... what a pain....

Hi Linda,

Thank you for your enquiry.

The bullet images (with the extension .ilv) should be automatically consolidated into your resource folder when you save the project on the original authoring machine. Can you see these files in your resource folder? Does the target installation of Opus report any missing resources? Is the project being updated from an older version of Opus?

I look forward to your reply.

Kind regards,

Robin, I'd thought this was a common fault (I've certainly seen it more than once before) ... I'll watch more closely to get the answers to your questions next time I transfer projects from one system to another.

However, I do know that yes, this project had been updated from an earlier version.

Linda
