Having a problem with the mouse down trigger!

I have a video that I want the viewer to be able to seek through
but when I place a "Left mouse down" trigger
and select the "Seek Video" action and choose a time to Go forward
it only works as though it is a left mouse click.
i.e I have to keep clicking to seek.

I decided to return to the guru so......
I have just loaded the video sample from the DW Disk
I discovered that on these samples - the mouse down operation works as I expected.

i.e as long as I hold mouse down - video keeps seeking
let o - video pauses.

I stripped out all the unwanted stuff and just pasted the action onto MY seek button - no good - works like a single click.
If I copy the whole page into my pub - It works.
Even if I strip out everything - including on page scripting - it works
I can work around by redesigning the DW page - but - I'm MALE -
I NEED TO KNOW WHAT I'M DOING WRONG!!!!!!

Hi Pete,

Thank you for your enquiry.

Have you enabled the Mouse held down auto repeats setting in the General properties of the button?

If this setting is not enabled, the button will only respond once per mouse press. When enabled, the action will repeat whilst the mouse button is held down.

Kind regards,
