I started to build a sound effect trigger program on windows ME while my XP os was down, I went back to XP to finish off the program, published it and when I ran it, it only came up in a little tiny window like a miniture section of the title bar, I modified the program many times to try and get it working but i can't. I even tried opening it back up in ME and publishing it but still nothing. The preview an ok until i did something and nothing comes up when you press preview or F5. the closest i got to getting something to come up after publish was if i created a new chapter with a new page, that page works but as soon as i go to the other pages it doesn't work. I'll add an attachment later if anybody wants to have a look into it.

When I published the program, it came up with 10 errors which were due to the variables used as the sound. Some how opus stops the program from running if it has lots of errors, i changed the play action to script and then published it, it now works fine. But why would it try to blank out and mess up the published program that has errors?
At least i got it working, lesson for all, do not use variables in the play sound action, use script.
