What is the best, newest version to be running?

I've got Pro 04 with a March 04 build which I'm currently using day to day... are there later updates to this? (I lost track a bit as I had various beta versions which I've now tried to clear off).

Also I'm on the Pro XE Evolution list; should I be expecting this copy soon?

I've arranged for Opus training for our new employee, and I want to make sure I'm getting the training in the best version!

Thanks, Linda

Hi Linda,

Thank you for your enquiry.

It sounds as though you are currenty using the original 04.00 release of Opus Pro 04. The latest build of Opus Pro 04 is version 04.21 and you can update your software using Service Release 2 (which is available from ftp://ftp.digitalworkshop.com/pub/opusu ... 04_SR2.exe

The 'best' version of Opus is the flagship Opus Pro XE 04 (released at the start of November) which is currently being sent to all Pro XE Evolution subscribers. I will check with our Sales team to ensure that this has been sent to you.

I hope this helps. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any further queries.

Kind regards,

Thanks for that, Robin.

I figured it out, but you might want to fix the link (take off the bracket and full stop!) incase anyone else wants it.

Meanwhile, Robin Spinks is visiting our studio next week for training... I guess I could have done it myself, but I felt I had years of old/wrong ways of doing things, back to the ilm versions I started with, so starting with a clean sheet seems a good idea!

Linda
