I found that with Illum 4.51 and Opus 2.81, it was very useful to see all the pages of a publication at a glance.

In version 4.21 I do not seem to be able to do that (unless I've missed it). I can stretch the RH side of the organisor to the right when the 'Pages' tab is clicked, but it is not the same. So if possible, please reinstate it.

Hey, this is true and I haven't noticed until now!
Usually if you have to display your pages inside the pub (when editing) as tiles or cascade you just go into main menu click on window and choose between cascade or tile as you wish.
DW, this is not happenings in Opus PRo XE 4.0
Is this another bug?????
