Just purchased a copy of Opus 5 XE Pro for work. I was told that it would include the latest patch - this is evidently correct as it seems to be v5.10

Will this be a general service release soon, or has it been patched even further now (perhaps v5.11?)? And will that be available in the near future for existing users of v5.0 (including me - my home copy!)?

There will be a service release at some point in the near future, however I cannot given an exact date - we are testing the patch process.

Thanks Duncan.

Is it permissible to install the version I have at work over the one that I have at home (both properly licenced) as I have made use of the repaired button text facility at work, and therefore can't continue working on the publication at home....

That's fine - assuming you have two licences then we won't come knocking on your door!

Not setting out to be critical here, but several software companies small and large allow this sort of use with just a single licence ...install 1 copy on "office", 2nd copy on "home" - so long as there's only ever 1 copy being used at any point in time the licence is good. Always gives me a warm feeling when I discover this, so you might want to consider the option for the future?

It was a joke! I have no idea what the Opus licence says - I'm a programmer not a lawyer.
