While I am at it, here is another bug I have found which took me some frustating time to figure out.

If you add the Standard Loading Bar in Flex to a publication which has a Text input field set to accept text in Arial, then once published this input field will NOT WORK !

If you set the text font to Times New Roman it will !

Or if you disable the Standard Loading Bar, then both fonts will work!

Please find attached the imp file showing the problem with the custom preloader selected in the publish settings.

Hello David,

I tried your publication in Opus Pro XE 5.13 and everthing works fine.
See the attached example.

Kind regards,

Hello Oscar

Thanks for the reply. This might be a difference between the Pro version and the XE version. I have tried the same publication on a completely independant computer which is brand new and the same problem occurs. It is Windows XP, the latest build of Opus Pro, the latest of Flash (and I tried installing Shockwave to see if that made a difference).

Did you check to see in the publication settings that the custom Standard Loading Bar was selected?

Hello David,

Yes, the standard loading bar was selected.
