One of the things that Powerpoint lets you do is have a presenter view when using multiple displays. We use Opus to produce conference graphics andpresentations and usually have 2 PCs with the presentation running on one in preview mode, with the other as a back up in case of PC probs. It also means we can see what;s coming up next...

On the odd occasion I don't have 2 PCs it would be excellent to have the function to use a presenter view.

More support for Live presentation would be excellent.

i use Opus to produce conference graphics and presentations.
I usually use my computer like this :
1) one video out of my dual screen graphic cards for the projector witch display the full screen presentation that run in preview mode
2) the second video out of my dual screen graphic cards for a lcd display witch display the layout of opus. That allow me, as you wrote, to see what is coming next... even to modify something before displaying it on the projector (it is easy for example to change result of the votes...)

What i would like to see for Live presentation are virtual pen (like powerpoint) and "easy text animation" (like swish)
