Hello,

I try to set some variables according to some drag&drop actions. Now I found a strange behaviour concerning the updating of Total Value.

I have set "Update the Total Value by the following amount" to 1 if the user drags an object to the correct place and to -1 if he removes the object later.

In the first case the <SCORE_VALUE_TOTAL> increases by 1. Unfortunately this works not with with the d&d remove action. I expected that <SCORE_VALUE_TOTAL> would be decreased by 1 in this case but nothing happens.

Help is very appreciated.

Frank

The score actions aren't really designed to work "backwards" in this way, which I think is the problem. You'd probably be better using the normal variable actions - like add, subtract etc. to work out the score.

Either that, or set a variable as to whether or not the object has been dropped, and then test that at the end of the page and do the appropriate score action.
