I have a 30 page voiceover-driven presentation.... like a talking PowerPoint (no interactivity).

On each page, the voiceover has been split into a number of files.

Then there's a frame containing "sync to end" actions to the end of each wav file, for various images etc to show and hide with the different paragraphs (see attached for an example action box).

At the end of each page, the user presses the "next Page" button.

All simple so far... all works fine, client loves it.

But.... he just asked if he could have a Pause/Play page button... so at any time, the voice would pause, and whatever was going on on-screen would pause, until he clicked again.

Currently I've told him that the answer is "No".... I don't have weeks to re-programme, turn it all into timelines, whatever.

I've just got a few hours to make a simple fix.

So... is there a simple way of doing this? I hate saying "No"....

Unfortunately I can't think of any way with the setup you've got there. With time and scripting you could do it but to retrofit the ability onto your existing publication would take longer than a few hours.
