I've imported a 2.81 publication into 05 and, apart from the need to reformat some of the text (which I anticipated) all the many button clicks (audio) have become double clicks. I don't pretend this is a major problem, but it's somewhat annoying - and I'm wondering if there's an answer to this curious situation.

I have obviously tried re-editing the button actions, but this has made no difference. Which is curious.

I've solved my own problem - by replacing the clicks with clicks from 05 Resources (what an array there are). Helluva task though! The publication has hundreds of button clicks.

Resource Manager is your friend. Tools, resource manager, then find your original click file and select it on the right hand side. The right click, and choose set/clear resources off the menu. Then choose "set resource to this file" and put in the new sound file, and also check the "apply to all uses of this resource" option.

That will go through the publication and change all the uses of the old sound file to the new one.

I'm not sure what's going on with the original click. :? Is it set to play twice?

Brilliant, Dave. Like many others, I always overlook Resource Manager. No, the original sound wasn't set to double click.

Thanks a lot.
