When using the video player sample publications I keep encountering problems. The "blob" disappears or moves along the page further than it should and I can't use it to "scrub" the video. It often crashes Opus too when I try to click the buttons. Has anyone else had these problems? I'm hoping to use some of the elements in the samples for my own project after reskinning them - but they're a bit unreliable at the moment.

What format of video are you using? WMV and other streaming optimised formats frequently do not allow seeking or perform very poorly when you attempt seek within them. This is a limitation of the encoding format. "Simpler" formats like MPEG1 and (some) AVI codecs respond better in these circumstances.

I'll check that.. I think it might be a WMV!
