Hi !

Is there any way that you can format parts of a variable - similar to the formatting that is used in Flash

For example :

var text = This is a <b>sample</b> text.

Is there any way I can make "sample" bold ??

Text variables contain only plain text. You could however use the selection and style script functions to set the formatting on the "finished" text object.
