Opus Presenter Pro 05

Whilst the PlaySound action from the GUI will support & play WMA sound files, Opus Script will not. It generates [Preview Publication] a "Fatal Runtime Error".

Help files indicate support for WAV, MIDI, MP3 etc etc. - WMA isn't among them.

ON PUBLICATION what happens is that the WMA files are incorporated into the Publication folder with names of 00000000.wma, 00000001.wma etc. Opening these files will play the correct sound through Windows Media Player. File Name ordering moves down on addition of extra sound files i.e. '00000000'' becomes '00000001' & so on - somewhat unexpected I think -

I find the lack of scripting WMA support somewhat irritating, but, providing I know the rules I'm working under, then I can live with it.

It would however be nice to see the problem corrected (if possible).

I have been a fan of OPUS for some years now & love it; it's also good to have upgraded to a Pro version.

Could you send an example of a problem WMA file (and an example publication) in to support?

Many thanks

I'll do my best, it is though a trivial example of testing things out.
Please advise as to where I should send the files.

If you can ZIP the sample and send it to support@digitalworkshop.com that would be very helpful. Many thanks.
