When creating a table (using quickbuild) from a pub with a object called Frame_35 (script name) I see that the copied Frames are called Frame_35_2_ and Frame_35_3_ (so far so good)...
The objects inside each frame is called the same as the orginal frame?? Is this ok? because I remember in earlier pubs this will give a error when assigning to such a object...

Maybe a bug?....

BR

Jim

The default object naming only checks for duplicates within the same parent object (checing the whole page would be too slow).

Object names don't really matter (except for helping the designer know what is what), unless you are using scripting, in which case you can use the Rename feature to ensure you have unique names for everything.
