Hi

I wondered if there is a way to script or set-up a re-start action so that a pub is closed and re-booted/re-loaded automatically.

I've thought of setting an action that would lauch another copy of the exe file and then exit the original pub. I haven't tested this yet to check if it can work OK.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Kind Regards,
Stephen

Hi Stephen,

Yes, the solution you suggested works.
I did this for a project two years ago.
And until now there are no problems.

Kind regards,

Hi Stephen,

You don't need any special script -- just use the Launch Tab.

All you need to do is as the screenshot demonstrates. This will close and re-launch the same pub you are running. (you do not need an actual copy)

I'm not sure why people would want to do this though?

Hope this helps. ;)
