To any DW staff that may be on line -

Probably not the correct place to ask this, but I purchased the Opus Xtras ESD version on line over the weekend, using my Paypal account.

I don't seem to be able to find somewhere to actually download the product.

I did E mail DW, but haven't yet received a reply (unless it's gone adrift).

Can anyone at DW advise where to go to download Xtras, or have I missed it somewhere on the website?

I think you'll find that DW process your order manually and will email you a download link.

This is what the order pages says

Electronic download and online registration versions are processed manually by our sales staff for payments made via web email accounts such as hotmail, for upgrades, or in cases where full credit card details cannot be verified. Please be sure to use the exact address your credit card is registered to.

It is Monday morning in the UK soon so you shouldn't have too long to wait hopefully.

Thanks, Graham I paid by Paypal, and have had a receipt, but as yet no download link or contact from DW. It's midday now in the UK and I was hoping to utilise some of the features this morning...

You should have recived an email with the details of were to download your software. I have replied to your email and included the detals again.

I will also PM with the details incase the email is not getting to you for some reason.
